Microgreens Class — From Seed to Plate Learn what microgreens are, how they grow, and how to actually use them at home. This hands-on, beginner-friendly class walks you through the full process—from planting and care to harvesting and eating. You’ll plant a tray during class and take it home already growing. No experience needed. Just curiosity and an appetite for real food. Each participant will leave with a pre-colonized mushroom grow bag ready to fruit at home. This fully established grow allows you to focus on learning how mushrooms grow and how to care for them, without the stress of sterile work or long waiting periods. Along with the physical grow, you’ll gain a clear understanding of: What mushrooms are and how they differ from plants How mushrooms grow, from mycelium to harvest How to fruit, harvest, and care for your mushrooms at home How to prepare and eat fresh mushrooms safely No experience required.
