This hands-on, beginner-friendly class walks you through the full process—from planting and care to harvesting and eating. You’ll plant a tray during class and take it home already growing. No experience needed. Just curiosity and an appetite for real food. You’ll leave with a planted 10×10 microgreens tray, plus extra jute mat and seeds to grow another round at home. Along with the physical setup, you’ll gain a clear understanding of what microgreens are, how they grow, how to care for them, and how to use them in everyday meals.
